I am pleased to announce the publication of my seventh book, a collaboration with James Gustave (Gus) Speth, from Wood Lake Books, released in February 2020 — Imagine a Joyful Economy. It was an honour to be asked to write a companion piece to accompany the essay by Gus — and more will follow in the next months on the concept of “Creation ecology!”
My sixth book, Live Close to Home, was published by Rocky Mountain Books in Fall 2016, the third book in “the Scrub Oak Trilogy.” Technology and Sustainability was published by Rocky Mountain Books in November 2014, and Gift Ecology: Reimagining a Sustainable World in October 2012. They are available in all e-book formats as well as in hardcover.
Among a variety of academic and popular publications, my work appears regularly in the Canadian Military Journal and in Essays in Philosophy.
For my contribution to the problem of sustainability, ethics and war, see “From Battlespace to Battlesphere” in the Canadian Military Journal.
